Baumit SilikonFine is a ready to use wet topcoat render suitable for external use. Thanks to its superior protection, this product is ideal for exposed or high traffic areas susceptible to weather or harsh conditions. It is both highly water repellent and permeable, making it the ideal surface to cope with the British weather.  Baumit SilikonFine can be applied onto many surface types if Baumit UniPrimer has been applied first. It is suitable for external wall insulation with appropriate preparation, cement and lime render, organic basecoats gypsum plasters and a range of other surfaces.  Baumit SilikonFine is:    Suitable for application over mineral coatings.  Highly water and weather resistant.  Algae and fungus resistant.  Easy to apply by hand or spray machine.  Ideal for multiple exterior surface types.    Typical use of Baumit SilikonFine  Baumit SilikonFine is a wet topcoat ideally suited for applying over new and old mineral coatings or prepared surfaces. Best used with Baumit UniPrimer, this product is ready mixed, applies easily and dries best between 5 and 20C and 60% humidity. Cooler temperatures or higher humidity may extend drying time.  The product is ready-mixed and can be applied with a trowel or spray machine and left to dry for at least 14 days between coatings.
